Ashley has a special interest in running and in the physiology and biomechanics required to run.  Being an avid runner herself, she understands the joy that accompanies the ability to run, whether it's for a race or just for the purpose of moving the body.  She also has a strong interest in manual therapy and orthopedics.  

She attended the University of Iowa where she learned hands-on skills and exercise prescription to help patients return to what they love. She strives to continue that life-long learning in pursuing certifications in dry needling and manual therapy to further help patient's succeed in accomplishing their movement goals.  In her spare time she enjoys running, hiking in the mountains, and playing with her cat, Rocky.
