Julia believes in providing evidence-based treatment which is personalized to help patients achieve their long-term goals, whether that be recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or returning to recreational activities or sports. She utilizes a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, functional training, and dry needling to help achieve her patient's desired outcomes.
Julia has experience working with general orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, geriatrics and falls prevention. She also has a clinical interest in temporomandibular joint dysfunction, dynamic neuromuscular stabilization, and pain science. Outside of the clinic, Julia enjoys hiking, playing basketball, and tennis.
