She strives to empower her patients to take an active role in treatment and improves success by instilling patients with a better understanding of how their unique experiences impact overall recovery.
Since graduating, Lauren has taken classes to further her education, specifically expanding her knowledge and understanding of manual therapy, dry needling and exercise on improving her patient's quality of life.
As a former collegiate cheerleader, Lauren has always had an interest in treating performance athletes. She enjoys working with dancers, gymnasts and cheerleaders to improve performance and understands the unique demands these sports place on the body. Outside of the clinic, Lauren can be found spending time with her family, including two young children, and exploring the great outdoors!
