Olivia takes a whole-body, movement-focused approach to physical therapy, using personalized care to restore function, relieve pain, and build long-term resilience. She integrates advanced techniques—including dry needling and orthopedic manual therapy—to address both acute injuries and chronic conditions.
With certifications in dry needling and manual therapy, Olivia delivers evidence-based, comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s goals—whether recovering from surgery, managing pain, or returning to sport. She has a special interest in treating running injuries, foot and ankle dysfunction, and performance limitations in active individuals.
A strong advocate for exercise as medicine, Olivia empowers her patients through movement, education, and collaboration. She is currently completing fellowship training in advanced orthopedic manual therapy through the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT) and continues to pursue lifelong learning to stay at the forefront of clinical excellence.
Olivia leads an active lifestyle, engaging in hiking, weightlifting, biking, skiing, rock climbing, and running— activities that give her a unique perspective on injury prevention and rehabilitation.
