Tim is a physical therapist with nearly a decade of experience in the orthopedic setting. With a background in sports orthopedics, and a personal interest for nutrition, strength training, and holistic wellness, Tim has enjoyed treating a diverse and wide-reaching patient population across the orthopedic spectrum through the years.
After his initial education at James Madison University, and doctoral education through the University of Maryland-Baltimore, Tim sought certifications in strength and conditioning (CSCS), dry needling, and an advanced specialization as an orthopedic certified specialist (OCS). He has particular interest in the non-operative rehabilitation of shoulder and hip injuries, as well as management of a diversity of low back, knee, and foot/ankle injuries throughout the lifespan.
Tim, a New Jersey native, and his wife have called northern Virginia home for a couple years now and enjoy spending their time outside of work with their daughter and two dogs. They are most often out exercising, enjoying great food, golfing, hiking, and a variety of summer and winter action sports.
